Dr. Richard Strunk

Dr. Richard Strunk has over 25 years of clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. Dr. Strunk graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 1995 with a doctorate in chiropractic medicine. In 2006, he received a master’s degree in clinical research from Palmer College of Chiropractic. His research was focused on the effects of chiropractic care on older patients with neck pain and dizziness. His extensive post-graduate education in the field of physical rehabilitation of the neck and back allows him to provide patients with specific exercises to help heal their injuries and develop a stronger spine. He is passionate about helping his patient’s relieve their pain and accomplish their treatment goals. Professionally, he is a member of the Connecticut Chiropractic Association and personally is active with The Big Brothers Big Sisters of Connecticut as a big brother mentor. He is also an uncle and loves to spend time with his two nephews and two nieces. His enthusiasm towards the forests and wildlife leads him hiking and exploring and discovering many of Connecticut’s forests and parks.
